How does your virtual telephone number work
Your virtual number is programmed to route calls to the telephone number of your choice. Any calls to your virtual telephone number are automatically routed to your chosen phone. The caller does not hear any messages about your call being diverted.

We can add other services to your virtual telephone number either now or later as your business grows. Services include:
Live Telephone Answering service where we answer calls in your company name and take a message for you.

Voicemail to email – Add voicemail to your virtual telephone number for £9.00 per month. Callers will hear a professionally recorded greeting in your business name rather than your home answer phone. Messages stored electronically and sent as an email attachment.
