The company was founded in 2004 with the aim of offfering the best telephone answering service in the UK and initially we took on any size and type of customer.
Over time we realised that different sizes of customers had different needs and we worked best with small, some might say micro businesses, with typically up to five people.

We are a small business ourselves run by Clare and Ian Marshall. As owners of the business we handle all new enquiries ourselves. If you call Office Answers the chances are one of us will answer, but if not you will be talking to one of our receptionists who will take a message, just like they would for you.
By end end of 2004 we had 20 customers and knew them all intimately. Clare knew who had been on holiday and who had young children at home.
12 years later and we have grown a fair bit, but we still like to have that same interaction with our customers, leaving you thinking we still only have 20 customers.
