Other Services – Automated Phone System
Office Answers can also give you access to an advanced automated phone system, sometimes called an IVR system. Our automated answering system answers one or more numbers unique to your business, plays a fully customisable greeting which we can record for you, then asks callers to choose one of several options. Each option can route to your landline or mobile number, or our own voicemail service which forwards messages to your email account.
There is absolutely nothing to install at your end and we will do all the configuration of the central system for you. We usually provide this automated answering system on a month by month agreement so there is no long term commitment.
