Virtual Receptionist Costs

Set up = £25

Subscription = £25 per month

Receptionist time = 85p per min

Messages by email = Free

Messages by text = 10p

(all prices subject to VAT)

We will supply our standard 01 telephone number to divert to or can provide any UK 01, 02 or 03 number for a reduced price of £5.00 per month (normal charge £10 per month).

Call routing with advanced features

Expand any UK area code number to include advanced features such as time of day routing.
Our advanced system can add several features which may be useful as your business grows.
Time of day – set office hours so calls out of hours go directly to voicemail
Day of Week – set different routing options depending on the day of the week
Call Queuing – if you have a second call at the same time a message can be played to the caller asking them to hold until you are free
Message before ringing – play the caller a promotional or compliance type message before the caller is connected
Prices for the advanced call handling are:
Subscription = £15 per month
Calls routed to landline = 2p per min
Calls routed to mobile = 10p per min
Calls to voicemail = Free
Includes voicemail to email with a greeting in your company name if you do not answer the call. No charge for voicemails received.

IVR – Automated Phone Answering System

As well as our live virtual receptionist service we also provide an automated answering system giving the caller a choice of options with calls routed to your number or going to voicemail:
Set up = £25, includes 01, 02 or 03 telephone number
Subscription = £20 per month
Calls routed to landline = 2p per min
Calls routed to mobile = 10p per min
Calls to voicemail = Free
These prices are based upon a single level of options and up to five extension choices and includes recording of the greetings, configuration and testing. We do reserve the right to charge a little more for more complex requirements so please give us a call to discuss your requirements.

Voicemail to email

Voicemail to email = £9.00 per month
A greeting is recorded for you and any messages left are stored as a WAV file and sent to you as an email attachment.
Voicemail to email is often used by our receptionist customers for out of hours calls. If you just want a standalone voicemail to email solution we are very happy to provide this for £9.00 per month, including any UK area code number.
No charge for voicemails received.

Area Code number to your phone

Any UK area code number to your phone = £10.00 per month
We can supply UK 01, 02, or 03 telephone numbers. For a little extra we can even do international numbers such as US, France, Germany etc.
Have calls routed to your landline or mobile allowing you to answer.
We can present the caller’s number or, if you wish, your area code number allowing you to identify a business call before you answer.
Calls routed to landline = 3p per min
Calls routed to mobile = 10p per min
Calls to voicemail = Free
Includes voicemail to email with a greeting in your company name if you do not answer the call. No charge for voicemails received.

Fax to email

Fax to email = £9.00 per month – includes any 01 or 02 UK area code number.
Faxes are received and stored as a pdf file and sent to you as an email attachment.
No charge for faxes received.
