Myself and husband Ian set up Office Answers 10 years ago. We recognised that many start up and SME business owners were looking for a cost-effective way of making sure their phone was always answered even if they themselves could n’t take the call.
Through our virtual receptionist and telephone answering services we help project our customers’ business image through polished yet personalised message-taking using trained UK receptionists and the latest telecom-enabling technology.
I actually started my career in radiography, spending a number of years at Addenbrookes hospital in Cambridge before heading to London, and then moving into MRI scanning. Strangely enough, it’s this experience of working with people and utilising new technology that really comes into its own with Office Answers as I can quickly and clearly explain to our customers how it all works and the type of service that will suit them.
So, 10 years down the line and we’ve provided support to 1000s of SMEs across a wide range of sectors.
Nonetheless both Ian and I still make sure we’re the first port of call when people first enquire about Office Answers or when existing customers contact us, for instance with changes to their contact details or if they’re going on holiday and need to amend the message we provide to callers.
